From its Galveston, Texas origin in 1865, the observance of June 19th as the African American Emancipation Day has spread across the United States and beyond. Add $2.50 for all xxl's and $3.50 for all xxxl's. All designs are also available on jumbo totes for $10.50 each in quantities of 12 or more.
